Hyatt Place Fredericksburg-Mary Washington

Myself and some of my family stayed in this hotel recently while we had a relative in the ICU at Mary Washington Hospital next door. The desk person Zoe was amazing! She went above and beyond hosting and accommodating us in our time of crisis. Tabyah also was extremely kind and attentive during our stay. My only complaint would be that the bar ran out of vodka, which is something management should certainly address. What bar doesn’t have vodka?! I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Fredericksburg especially in proximity to the Hospital and University. Once again, thank you so much to Zoe and Tabyah, exemplary hospitality professionals!!

Nice hotel. Very convenient to UMW. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable. Property is clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Would have like fresh cut fruit. Had issues with tv remote but was resolved by desk clerk. Would definitely recommend

Positive: The location Negative: The shower was moldy, the body wash was empty, the bathroom door has a crack between the wall and the door you can see through when the door is closed and locked. The bed was hard as a rock.

We got a king suit, beautiful shower, very spacious! The room was very nice but we had issues opening and closing our door. The phone in our room was also broken? A very clean room overall :) Breakfast was pretty good for the price of the hotel. A good variety of choices, the eggs were always cold tho. A very nice hotel, no bugs!!
