Super nice! Our house keeper Tiuana was super sweet and so kind. She was so friendly. My kids wanted to go play basketball and she was so helpful by giving us some parks to go to. And she was funny! Just all around nice lady! Front desk was super nice the whole time we were there. I highly recommend!

New hotel, open just 2 months ago . Very attractive decor and super clean in all areas. The fitness center was well equipped. The outdoor area near the pool had attractive seating & a fire pit. The kitchen in our room was well supplied and the room was comfortable & spacious. All the staff were professional and friendly. The bar was nice too, upon an evening arrival. Would stay here again, it was a very good stop.

Be warned: the interstate noise is very pronounced. I knew we were next to it, but since this is a brand-new hotel I expected better soundproofing; closing the shade helped very little (white noise from the HVAC on high helped some). Our 3rd-floor room midway down the hall was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was standard (soggy sausage, eggs, pastries, cereal — no peanut butter), but the coffee was good. The staff was outstanding. We would stay again for convenience, and I’d recommend it as long as you’re not overly sensitive to interstate noise.

The room was nice but very noisy from the interstate. Pillows were too soft. Two firm two soft would be good. Sunday morning no continental breakfast, coffee terrible only bold and a pile of coffee grinds in my cup. Beetles crawling and flying around in the room. We wanted to try this hotel because it was fairly new to the area. It was a big disappointment.

We stayed at TownePlace Suites and found the room to be beautifully appointed and well stocked with everything we needed, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short due to several issues. There was significant traffic noise from outside our window, which made it difficult to rest. The air conditioning unit also didn’t seem to function properly, as the temperature fluctuated throughout the night. The beds were noticeably less comfortable than those at the Fairfield, which was disappointing. On top of that, the internet connection was extremely unreliable, going in and out during our stay. As a member, Wi-Fi is supposed to be included, but the quality was very poor and frankly unacceptable. Because of these issues, I would likely not choose to stay at TownePlace S
