Excellent experience - again! If only all hotels were this great. First of all, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I got help locating the fitness center, and Grace helped me mail a postcard. They give you postcards in the room - by the way - and I absolutely LOVE that! I sent one home to my kiddos. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I had an amazing sleep and woke up rested. The bathrooms are clean, shower is nice and hot. The shower amenities are better than a lot of chains, and the shower itself is extremely clean down to the grout and crevices. The fitness center is adequate for a basic ab/arm/and cardio workout though the stability ball needed a little more air. Friendly check in. It was clean with plenty of 120v outlets. Refrigerator was a little larger the some and it had a freeze compartment. Plenty of towels. Food is not far away. It is close to I-40 so easy to find. This hotel uses the good 4 wheeled luggage carts. I like them as they hold more than the "triangle" shaped ones.

Upon entering the reception room, the smell of cleaners were present so we knew this was a good choice. There was a nice waterfall in the reception area too. Our room was clean, large, and a good size bathroom. We were excited they offered a full breakfast waffles, eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy, bagels fresh fruit and cold cereal. Upon leaving we mentioned doing a great review for them and we enjoyed our stay!

Five stars is not enough for this hotel! I recently booked two rooms for company travel. I researched areas to stay and specifically chose this hotel because of the way that Audra (Manager) had previously responded to online reviews. I had the feeling that she is someone who takes pride in her job and performs it with purpose. She also mentioned her "team" multiple times. Upon checking in, Audra even remembered my name just from our initial email communications. She voluntarily told me that she assured me that we would receive great service from everyone working with her. She mentioned that she was filling in for another team member that was off sick and that she would be leaving soon. I have to be honest and say that my gut feeling was slightly off. Room was excellent. Large. The bed felt awesome. The next morning that hot breakfast sure hit the spot with sausage gravy over real scrambled eggs, biscuit and a sausage.
