Quality Inn Forrest City I-40

Very clean nice hotel. Bathtub drain clogged and the bathroom faucet leaked a little. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. No eggs, only 4 sausages, no bread, we had to ask for some. No muffins or donuts. We were there early and we were not at all happy with their offerings. Only one canister had serial in it. Waffles were good as always. No luggage carts.

The room had a nasty smell in it that they tried to cover with strong room spray. Bedspread had a red stain on it, bathroom was less than desirable. Shampoo was half gone and not replaced after the last guest stayed and used it.

Positive: The young man that checked us in was extremely friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Negative: The tub did not drain.

pretty rock solid for a place to crash if you're on a long road trip. front desk lady was kind. its clearly dated and been renoed but i don't really care about that, actually kinda nice to be able to park your car right outside your room. it was clean, quiet, and the bed was actually really big and comfy. there's a waffle house right across the street you can walk to to get some steps in again if you've been in the car all day long. breakfast is fine like any other hotel breakfast. and the best part was it was fairly inexpensive. overall glad i picked this spot :)

It is supposed to be open 24/7, but when I arrived to check-in at 11 PM. The office door was closed. There was a ring doorbell that no one answered and the phone call went to voicemail too. I waited for 30 minutes before I contacted Choice Hotels and made them aware of the situation. They contacted the "emergency number" for this property but it went to voicemail too. More to follow...
