No bathrooms, no laundry, the WiFi only works near the coffee shop and they turn it off when the shop closes at 6:30. Despite all of that, I would have given a much higher rating because I actually enjoyed staying here long term. UNTIL I had an issue with the water. I don’t like to waste water so a leaking outlet is a problem. When informed on Friday morning that it was a significant leak and needed to be addressed I was told it would be fixed. Tuesday afternoon - days later no water, no communication. I take it upon myself to move to another spot because I need and paid for water. That spot leaked worse. I kindly texted again and said hey I didn’t hear from you, this spot leaks worse, can you fix one of them. NO RESPONSE. Thursday a full 6 days later, still no word. I text more firmly. Th

The only reason I’m giving it four stars it because it doesn’t have showers or bathrooms. The wifi is not strong and won’t let me connect but I have a feeling if you’re closer to the building it will. The coffee/ice cream shop at the front is a huge plus. Very nice and clean park. The owners are very nice! Would stay here again for sure!!

No bathrooms or shower (learned only after paying the invoice, which seems sketchy). $57 charged despite late arrival for 30amp in a low lit gravel parking lot. Way overpriced imo given location next to portapotty distributor; might explain the onslaught of mosquitoes the minute we exited our vehicle. 2 stars given bc I appreciate the late reservation ("open til 9pm") and quick response to my inquiry.

Thankful to find this site on a very rainy night when we needed to rest. Phone answered straight away and site procured. Slightly hard to find on dark area of road but we did see all the RVs in parking lot area. Easy pull thru with full hookup. Water pressure super strong, literally blew my kitchen sink faucet guts out and plastic parts broke, was shocked that happened. Text to owner about WiFi password / availability never answered but we have some channels from antenna, so made do. Again, glad to of found this site but at almost $60 for a parking lot I thought very pricey. Lot was full so obviously they can get business with these prices, more power to them.
