TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dulles Airport

I stayed at the Marriott Dulles for a little over a month. My experience was great. I had two dogs and housekeeping kept up the room nicely. Unlike other extended stays, Marriott does a light cleaning everyday and a full cleaning once a week. It was especially nice to come back at the end of your day and have the room refreshed. The staff was exceptional and the patio, grill and fireplace made it welcoming and comfortable for all the guest to sit outside and unwind, have conversation and fun. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

This was my first time staying at a TownePlace Suites by Marriott and I have got to share that it was an amazing stay in so many ways! I truly wish I had more than the 12 hours that I was able to stay there. Due to my home furnace breaking and needing to wait for the repairman to come and fix it, I wasn't able to check in until after 10pm. I chose this hotel because I was flying out of IAD on New Years Day to New Jersey and this hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle there. When I first walked into the hotel, it was welcoming and cozy. The lighting was comforting and they made good use of the small lobby area. Used my points for an overnight stay while meeting with some friends. Plenty of available parking and convenient location near the airport. I arrived a couple hours before checking time and thankfully was able to get right in my room to drop bags. The lobby area is not the most welcoming sight, not horrible though. The person at the desk was very kind and professional. The room was clean and looked recently renovated. The appliances were even quite nice although I did not use anything. The was an empty bug bomb in the middle of the room which gave me pause. My assumption is they had planned to come back for it but I checked in to the room early... I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. The front desk associate Shireen was fantastic. Very helpful, made us feel comfortable and at home, assisted in providing us an outstanding customer service. She is the reason I will stay there in all my future stays. The breakfast was very nice.Thanks Shireen and staff for making my stay at Towne Place so comfortable.

7NOV.2025 Very nice place and the upgrades look nice at this location. Large rooms and comfortable. I hope the ones in Maryland and the Springfield, VA are on board as well. The area is tucked off from the main road, directly by the highway. There is some noise during the day to be heard from vehicles.There are several other hotels near. Breakfast and Wifi included. Nice breakfast selection. A nice location and nice property. The staff is nice and get the work done. There is a nice area with padded seats where you can sit outside to eat. Small parking area and close to Dulles airport.
