SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dulles Airport

Absolutely amazing experience at the SpringHill Suites Dulles, VA. As a Titanium Elite Marriott member, I stay at a lot of properties, and this one truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, Anna at the front desk was outstanding — professional, efficient, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Check-in was seamless, and her dinner recommendations were spot-on. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a personable touch, and she absolutely nailed it. The overall stay was comfortable, smooth, and exceeded expectations. Exceptional service like this is why I remain loyal to Marriott. Huge thanks to Anna and the team — I’ll definitely be back.

The location was near resturants and Dulles Airport. It was quiet even with this location. The free daily breakfast was wonderful: variety, healthy, good hours.|The shuttle to and from airport and commuter trains was the reason we chose this Marriott. Room was large enough and quiet, and the entire hotel was clean. The pool was an extra nice perk.

The hotel is close by the airport. The beds are good. The breakfast was sufficient. Good hotel for just staying one night.

The hotel has a welcoming appearance as you drive up. Check in is just inside the doors where staff is waiting to check you in, not long process. The room was clean & spacious. Sitting area & small 'kitchen' with microwave & coffee. We only stayed 1 night but would've been comfortable if staying longer. Breakfast is included, staff kept it clean & stocked. Small pool we didn't use but looked clean.

I would like to highly commend Doug for his exceptional service today. After accidentally dropping an earring down the sink, I reached out for assistance. Doug arrived promptly and handled the situation with great care and expertise. His helpful attitude and quick resolution to the problem were much appreciated.🙌🏾🙌🏾
