It is the best hotel I have ever had in the USA. Clean room, great location, and friendly staff

We stayed here in order to fly out of Dulles and we utilized the hotel's parking program (leaving the car for an extended time for a very reasonable fee with shuttle to and from the airport). The service and congeniality from Suni and Javier (Front Desk) was outstanding. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the shuttle service excellent (less than 15 minutes from the airport). The somewhat older and a bit more robust shuttle bus driver was extremely friendly (I am sorry I did not get his name).

A standard Hampton Inn which is well and safely located in the near distance to the Dulles Airport. The breakfast was nothing, the rooms are clean but a bit outdated. Definitely okay for one - two nights.

A lovely Hampton that is well run. Clean and updated the hotel is a good value and near DC. I took a corner room which is a walk down the hall but the additional light from having 2 windows is quite nice. Nice area, good parking.

Very disappointing and unsafe experience. We checked in around 3 PM and our room was extremely cold. We were repeatedly told “it will warm up,” but by 10 PM the room temperature was still 59°F. My mother is 72 years old, and this was a serious health and safety concern. When we raised this again, the front desk staff told us—very rudely—“If she gets sick, take her to the hospital.” We were also told there was no maintenance available and no manager on duty, and initially they refused to change our room. Only after repeated complaints was our room changed, but the staff attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. A cold room can happen. Rude behavior and lack of care for an elderly guest is unacceptable. We expected much better from a Hampton Inn / Hilton pro
