TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

I have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Eboni at the front desk exceeds expectation. She is not only friendly and helpful but goes the extra mile making guests feel welcomed and appreciated. It is so refreshing to come across staff like this. Thanks for having a wonderful staff.

Positive: It was near several restaurants we enjoyed Negative: There were rust stains in bathtub that looked like blood spatter. Room did not look like pictures. Some of breakfast was burned, other items were overcooked enough to be difficult to eat. Only 4 towels provided for 5 people. Hotel had ran out of lotion.

The property is old/dated. People must have been cooking as the place smelled like a kitchen. The tv said “free hub” but when I tried to cook on hbo it would not work. I tried another room but it didn’t work there either, which tells me that they are not paying for the hbo, need though they advertise that they have it, which is disappointing. It a pleasant place.

Stayed here for a week. Room service only came on the last day. And didn’t even make the bed. Had to ask for towels at the front desk. They double booked our room, someone literally walked in with a key to our room. Had a friend stay at the same hotel with us, when checking in, he also was given a key to a room with people in it. Sheets looked clean but smelled of puke. Hallways smelled like fish. Had construction going at 7am on 2nd floor above us. Our room keys deactivated every single day. Rooms weren’t clean in the first place.

Absolutely disgusting. Room I was given smelled like curry so bad I asked to be moved. Ice machines don't work, and there were roaches climbing the bathroom walls. Elevator is broken to the second floor. Staff is laughable at best. $120 a night for this place..... Go somewhere else this is a slum acquisition.
