TownePlace Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport

During my stay at the Marriott in Buffalo, I had such a wonderful experience thanks to a front desk associate named Gabriel. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, kind, and incredibly easy to talk to. Since I was there for an extended stay, his warmth truly made me feel at home. Gabriel consistently took the time out of his day to check in, chat, and make sure everything was going well, and that level of genuine care meant more to me than he probably realizes. Whoever raised him did an exceptional job—he is a truly kind and thoughtful young man. I was genuinely sad to leave and disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to him. I sincerely hope I’m able to return in the future and have the pleasure of seeing him again. He is a real asset to the Marriott team

Great extended stay here (8 days). Hotel was clean, breakfast was generous, and staff was very helpful, kind, and professional. Gabriel at front desk was particularly helpful and definitely want to give him a special shoutout. He went above and beyond to assist me with a request. Proximity to airport, major highways, and shopping was excellent. Will surely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed with the park and fly option. Super easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay again. We arrived with a later check in (around 9:30), but we’re still able to find restaurant open that delivered. The shuttle is reliable and in time for departure and arrival. Very smooth and appreciated.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. This is right across the street from the airport which was perfect for our early flight. They do offer a shuttle to the airport. They do have snacks in the lobby that are no extra cost. The room was clean. There was a full size refrigerator, a small dishwasher, small stove, microwave and sink in the room. There were also dishes, cups, cooking and eating utensils. So you could definitely have an extended stay and not rely on eating out (but that's the fun of going on vacation.) The closet had plenty of space for hanging clothes as well as drawers. There was a full size ironing board and iron. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is when I turned on the heater it smelled like something was burning, so I turned that off right away. Then I saw a note on the fridge s
