Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Airport

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Buffalo airport and had mostly good reviews. We checked in around 10:00 PM, and the check-in process was quick and easy. When we entered our first room 409, I did my usual quick check of the room and noticed a large brown stain on the side of one of the queen beds. I immediately contacted the front desk, and they asked us to come back down so they could move us to another room. I showed them photos of the mattress with the stain which they were very apologetic about. We were reassigned to room 413, but by the time we settled in, it was close to 11:30 PM. My family and I were exhausted since we had to be up early for a 6:00 AM flight. While getting ready for bed, I noticed the toilet was constantly running and would not flush properly. I trie

Positive: Close to airport and great shuttle service to get you to and from airport. Nice they had some food options as not many walkable food options. Negative: Didn't provide free coffee in lobby.

We had an amazing stay! Thank you especially to the front desk support Eric. He was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us fix the broken TV. All areas were clean and our kids loved the pool.

From the moment we walked in after a long drive from Massachusetts on Wednesday night after a major storm in the Finger Lakes Region, Eric at the front desk was very accommodating. ||I’m a lifetime Marriott guy and I recognize above average customer service when I experience it. Our rooms heat was INTENSE and he found a solution by moving us.||We were in town for Thanksgiving with family then the power went out around 12:30am Thursday. It was down for about 10hrs.||It was out of anyone’s control, perhaps an act of God.? The entire staff felt really bad and remained calm Julia offered us hot coffee & breakfast.||Scott made sure things were OK, and James offered to help load my car at checkout time on Sunday. ||This place is GREAT…||The entire staff was awesome and made us feel right at home

The staff here is really kind and knowledgeable. They know most of their customers are tourists and they treat everyone like they’re their personal guests. The pool and hot tub made for a nice surprise with freezing temperatures outside. This place is up to the Marriott standard and an excellent choice.
