Quality Inn Near Walden Galleria Mall

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Stayed one night due to Bills game, Sunday night 12/28, Rm 103. The King size bed had 4 small pillows, front desk stated”we are all out of extra pillows” when I asked for two more pillows. It rained during the entire game, I couldn’t wash my clothes when we returned because front desk said “the washer machine is broken, but the dryer works”. According to the front desk, the hotel has only one washer and one dryer. My room desk phone did not work, I couldn’t call housekeeping, I had to walk to the front desk to complain. Front desk guy arrived to my room and attempted to fix the problem, but couldn’t. I had to rely on my personal cell phone for a hotel emergency. Rooms do not have microwaves. Great location. Great value as far as nightly rate. Only one person working at check in time, she was very stressed but handled herself well. Check in line took over 20 min as she was dealing with other issues. Room was good enough, but the carpet was heavily stained which really brought atmosphere down. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:45 to remind us check out was 11. We were "busy" and I was shocked. We knew what time checkout was, I have never had that happen at a hotel, it was very rude to knock before checkout time.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday night, 9/27. After I checked in at 4:15 pm, I called a staff member’s attention to three issues:|-The non-smoking room (113) smelled of cigarette smoke. He kindly offered to spray while I was out for dinner--and that did seem to be an improvement when I returned around 9:30 pm.|-The carpet has several prominent stains. I found this off-putting.|-The wall over the headboard is bare, but has a lot of odd, sticky-looking spots on it. That is also very off-putting.|I was told that no other rooms were available.|Around 10 pm my daughter was startled by a large brown bug scurrying in the bathroom. She thought it was a cockroach. For people who have chosen to work in the hospitality industry the hospitality is lacking with a few exceptions.Usually when people are staying in a hotel they are looking to escape the coldness and lack of empathy from their daily lives well you will not find that here, it's very disappointing. The older female that works at the front desk is just plain old nasty as is the older woman in housekeeping. The manager really takes the cake though as far as being downright rude as long as you steer clear of them which will unfortunately be impossible you will have a lovely time and endless coffee and juice is always good 😊. Would not recommend. The energy is just bitter and stale like those particular staff members. And you will be whispered and talked about like you don't have ears so if that'

For the price, this hotel was a pretty solid value on a Bills game day weekend! My only critique is that the king size bed came with only 4 smaller sized pillows and when we asked for more, they said they didn’t have any. It definitely impacted sleeping comfort. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful.
