Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport/Galleria Mall

Cleanest hotel I’ve been in, great staff, good breakfast. Rooms are on the smaller side, and one major note we have was the inconvenience of the bathroom doors. They were sliding barn style doors, and only had the track to roll the door on the top. This meant there was a 3-4 inch gap by the time you get to the bottom. So people in the room can peak in & most noticeable was if you had to drop a #2 there was no fan and with such a huge gap it was well known what was going on while you’re inside. But the room & bathrooms were super clean. Only petty remark about the room was the shower had a hard time draining? The first shower it was filled up multiple inches high with the water not draining. The other showers it would come up right to the top of your foot, enough to make you feel icky. Howe

Location is great right near the 90. The hotel has a great feeling to open areas to the guest rooms. The staff that was on Christmas Eve and Day were very pleasant, courtesy, and helpful. Overall the Inn seem very clean and neat.

The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The facility was easy on and off of US 90. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon check in we received complimentary coffee and cookies. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of items. It was self serve and was kept clean and well stocked at all times. The coffee was very good!

Positive: Very friendly staff, breakfast was good, but could have used more fruit. Negative: Mold in shower stall, front desk said they would address with housekeeping. Random people in parking lot looking like they were going to camp there. Overall hotel needs updating, gives off more Econolodge vibes than Hampton Inn.

We had a good stay with no problems. Our room was completely satisfactory. Though it showed some minor wear in a few places nothing was a problem (hey, wear is normal and at some point they'll probably do a remodel but it's not to that level yet IMO). Hall and door noises were a little annoying, but often expected. (No one partying or anything like that, just building noises) All the staff we encountered we very positive and pleasant. Breakfast was good - better than some we've had at other recent hotel stays! Ready access to the expressway and places to eat. If we're in this area again, we'll be back!!
