Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

This location has promise, but the promise is unfulfilled. I like the decor and colors in the room, but the furniture is getting beat up, and the housekeepers are lazy. We accidentally spilled a shake and had to clean it up by pulling out some of the furniture. Ugh...filth all around the bed on both sides and under the side table. I think my housekeeper cleans the shower & sink and makes the bed and that's it. I wish there had been a thick curtain, an extra blanket for the bed and some extra towels on hand, and some hot chocolate in addition to the coffee. Wishful thinking. The price was listed as $76.00 but I ended up paying $124 due to taxes and fees, I guess. The breakfast was good, but overall it wasn't worth the price. Each time I come to Sleep Inn Buffalo Airport, the rooms have been great. This time was no exception. The room was excellent. Everything worked well - fridge, microwave, TV and heater. It was very clean. The breakfast was great as usual. The front desk staff was excellent. They arranged for an early morning shuttle to the airport which I really needed. Thanks!!!

Overall the hotel stay was fine, rooms were clean, although if you receive an adjoining room for your reservation be prepared to hear EVERYTHING occurring in the other room. Another bit of “good to know” info is that when you reserve to have gated parking, it is not guaranteed. Found out the day prior to flying out my car could be parked in one of three lots, due to no secured parking now available, and limited parking in hotel lot. There was quite a bit of unnecessary confusion at the front desk, on the shuttle departure my first day, but that could be easily solved with actively listening to the Guest. Hotel is older and worn. However it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable . Minutes to Buffalo airport with on demand shuttle service. Included breakfast was delicious with a fair variety. For early morning departure or late night arrivals this is the perfect spot to stay with excellent value for the cost

Located on one end of the airport this hotel has a nice breakfast for travelers. We had children and they had hot and cold food to eat. The rooms need a remodel, especially the bathrooms, but they are clean and comfortable. We were less than 30 minutes to Niagara Falls. We were close, very very close to the airport, easy drives into Buffalo and surrounding areas.
