Overall, the stay was "okay." The noise from construction currently going on at the hotel was noticeable. That said, the front desk staff let us know about it upon arrival. As a heads up to anyone considering this location, the renovations are expected to continue into the spring. The room could have also been cleaner; it fell short of my expectations. I felt as though it had been given a once-over ahead of our stay but nothing more. Generally, the staff we encountered were quite friendly. Big shout out to Carl(?) who made us feel welcome and went out of his way to see we were taken care of. He picked us up via the hotel's airport shuttle (a great amenity!) and also checked on us during breakfast. His service is keeping this rating from going lower and should be acknowledged. The breakfast was amazing. Iris kept it immaculate and well stocked as well as a friendly face. Tiffany was also a great help as a front desk agent. My room was quiet and perfect. Loved this stay.

I have stayed at this property several time and have not had any probems in the past. But on my most recent stay, I scanned the QR code on the nightstand (to access the guest directory) and it went to a "page can not be found" message. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk and they a) did not now what a guest directory was or that the rooms had a QR code sticker for this purpose, b) tried to blame the situation on the on-going remodelling (which I later found out was not the case), c) declined my sggestion to pass on the concern to the general manager, and d) generally dismissed my concern and gave me quite a bit of "push back." Positive: "" Negative: Despite it not having snowed in the last 24 hours the parking lot was a mess. There were a lot of spaces that hadn't been plowed at all, there were no paths shoveled on the medians, and the covered entrance was a slushy mess.

The walls between rooms seems paper thin, could basically hear word for word the next room's conversation (which was going on at 2 am). The room itself was ok, seems to be an older hotel. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The courtesy airport shuttle (and friendly driver) was also welcomed.
