TownePlace Suites by Marriott Austin Round Rock

Im not often impressed by hotel rooms. But this one was very nice. Nothing fancy, no weird smells, just clean, comfortable, quiet and easy to get to. The front desk clerk was very nice when checking me in even asked for my member number because I used a discount site to book the room at a cheaper rate. There is a cool seating area outside that has a fire pit. 100% would stay here again.

I had a great stay during my trip to Austin! The hotel had all of the amenities I needed and my room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you have to “work from home” like me. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to everything I needed. Mary, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me during my check in and made sure I had everything needed to start my short vacay.

We love staying at the Towneplace suites Round rock! The entire staff here is AMAZING!!! Even before checking in the front desk was so accommodating to our changes and upon arrival they were super friendly and made the check in process a breeze. The housekeeping staff assigned to our room were immaculate. The room was cleaner than my own home and when I requested a change in sheets after the second night they were quick to accommodate. Breakfast was delicious and despite there being a crowd each morning the attendant kept everything stocked and warm foods replenished! We love this hotel and they have won our business for any time our family comes into town!!

Have been a long time customer of Marriott properties, was very disappointed that overnight on feb 7-8th our truck window was broken and items stolen as were at least 8 other vehicles in the TownePlace lot. Advised front desk associate and she simply said “okay”. During my conversation with the Round Rock police officer they indicated that his has happened a few times already since last year yet no cameras installed and no security. I get it, they can’t control the criminals but they can absolutely make efforts to prevent and deter as well as handling the affected customers appropriately and not just shrugging it off. Highly encourage anyone to do more research and choose a different hotel in the area if you will be bring a vehicle. Great options close by in Hutto/ pflugerville if staying

Had the worst experience at a Marriott property in my 30 years of business travel at this hotel. The night of my arrival, there was a power washing truck right under my suite that started its pump and engine at 11:30pm with a constant loud noise. I woke up and called the reception to complain, to my dismay I was told that there is nothing that the can do about it. Even though the truck was on their property and literally under my window in room 230. I asked how long will this take and I was told that the are not sure. I told them that the whole part of staying at a hotel is to sleep and that they should have told me upon checking that I should go somewhere else. They stopped the pump around 1am. I had a meeting with a customer at 8:30’the next morning and didn’t have a chance to talk to th
