We stayed four nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, but we must give a shout out to LISA at the front desk. She remembered our names and always greeted us when ever she saw us! Always, made us feel welcomed and cared for while we were there. She is the best front desk person we have ever experienced and we travel frequently. Thanks LISA and team for a great stay!

This is the third time we stay here. I think location wise it is not near to downtown. But it is close to typhoon Texas and Barton springs. Also i think it is highest in value based on the rate paid. The water is a little too soft I am not sure why. Overall is good stay.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and had an amazing time. Was more than just a place to lay my head at night. The kitchenette saved me moneyby enabling me to cook whole meals for myself. The gym was adequate enough to get in good workouts. The location is central to both downtown Austin and Pflugerville/Round Rock so getting isn't an issue, even during rush hour. The staff resolved issues I had promptly and did it the 1st time. My only downside is that their water feels oily. It's probably from the softener they use. Other than than, I greatly enjoyed my stay here.

Positive: The step-in shower was nice, but had mold. Negative: The wait checking in at the desk was excessive and, although I booked a double queen not 30 minutes before I got to the hotel, the room was unavailable and we weren?t even consulted on the room change. Also, the room smelled musty?like body odor.

The hotel itself is average at best. From the literal foundation, builders took tons of visible shortcuts, that make you wonder what more serious shortcuts were taken that aren't visible. The worst part of this hotel is the nearly unavailable or incredibly rude and inpersonable unwelcoming front desk staff. No matter what time of the day or night, or how much they clearly see disabled individuals struggling to carry in luggage, they sit behind the desk with blank stares gazing at you, not even a hello or nod , much less offer or any kind of help. And don't bother paying extra for a specific kind of room online when booking. When you arrive, they'll tell you that room never existed at this property even though it's on their site, and proceed to bump you down to the crappiest smallest room t
