I booked a one night KING bed room on 2/13/26 a week in advance here. I contacted them the day of booking and asked if I could request for a high floor. They advised that it was too soon to confirm anything because they didn’t know the traffic coming in that weekend and to call the day before if possible. So I did, when I called I spoke to a woman over the phone, should have asked for her name, and while on the phone she said that they only had a 3rd floor available and asked if that was okay. I told her totally and it’s fine. She said okay, I have you booked for a room on the 3rd floor and asked if I needed anything else. My friend and I had tickets to a late evening event at the HEB Center. We decided to stay at a hotel rather than drive home late. Prior to our stay, I had called the hotel to ask some questions. The staff was friendly, well-informed, and remembered our conversation when it came time for me to check-in. The hot breakfast was perfect for me (eggs, sausage, fruit, tea, and juice was what I selected). The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was a little harder than I prefer, but I understand that not everyone likes a bed as soft as I do. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed at TownePlace Suites Austin North/Lakeline for a week and had a very pleasant time overall. A big shout out to Kenny, who made us feel like valued guests with her cheerful smile and by remembering our names. ||The hotel is located in a residential area with nice walking paths along a canal, and is very quiet. We had a room facing the backyard, and one night some people were holding a party by the fire pit and were quite loud. Troy addressed it very quickly so we were able to go to sleep. ||The room was clean and well-appointed with a good-sized desk and a full kitchen. The TV was probably older because it was very slow to respond to the remote control. Everything with my stay a few months ago was fine in terms of room and cleanliness. However, my Apple Watch was stolen from my room! When I called to report the stolen item, I was not given a follow up and had to do so myself. I was told they were gonna ask the employees, but I am not sure that even happened.

I wish I was allowed to give zero stars to this hotel location! Staff and management are pathetic. The front desk person thinks, she owns this hotel. She was rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional. They had charged our credit card more than their invoice amount but had no courtesy to explain the reasoning. On asking if there was a manager, she said I am the manager! Later we found she lied to us - she was not the manager. Have escalated to their upper management but no support or actionso far. I have stayed 500+ times at different Marriott locations worldwide but this is by far the worst experience. I hope Marriott corporate reads this review and takes necessary action. I have all the details and contacts of the whole escalation so far and would be happy to share.
