TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West

Spent the weekend here for a visit to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom. A nice facility, no complaints. I would stay here again and you'll be happy if you stay here, too. ||This is a new hotel, I believe it was built within the past year. It still has that new building smell. Loved it! The entire facility is clean and comfortable which are pretty much all that I care about. I have a medical sensitivity to mold and other toxins from water damaged buildings (a condition called CIRS), clearly not an issue in a new building. ||The king suite had a couch, bed, desk, small kitchen area with a bar sink, two-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything you'd need to use a kitchen. This location right near US-22 is fairly new and it is modern and super clean. It is the best TownePlace Suites I have ever been in. Spacious room and comfortable. They had a hot and cold breakfast better than most other locations. You wont go wrong here and I will be back again.

Pretty new hotel. Very tidy and modern. Complimentary parking is amazing (these days, I am sick of paying for parking for the hotels). Room was clean. I like it has hand towel hanger (I don't know why old hotels do not have it). Breakfast bar is not bad. Water fountain is available. Gas station just cross the street. Gym is not the best. Pet friendly.

Stayed here on a road trip through town.|This is a newer hotel so it was tidy and well appointed. Studio rooms are well laid out with nice kitchenette and large bathroom. Comfortable bed and nice sofa.|Breakfast in the morning had the usual fare with eggs, breakfast meat, breads, yogurt, etc…overall, very good.|Didn’t try out the exercise room and small indoor pool.|The diner across the street has great food.|Plenty of parking.|Again, my only negative was the lack of recognition for my platinum status. Would have been nice to be upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite.||Overall, I would stay here again if passing through town!
