Four Points by Sheraton Allentown Lehigh Valley

Recently my daughter, her boyfriend and I did a road trip to Allentown and stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Allentown Lehigh Valley from Toronto, Canada. It was one of her birthday wishes for a road trip and mainly to visit WAWA her obsession. When we checked in, Het the GM, who was already extremely receptive, friendly and Professional, presented a gift to my daughter. It was unexpected but extremely thoughtful and generous. My daughter was ecstatic and grateful. Besides Het, all the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, it made the experience quite even more memorable. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Thanks again everyone for making our road trip so memorable.

Abdul’s customer service was top notch, 5 star. He could easily fit in a Four Seasons. The housekeeping, however, was abysmal, 1 star. We stayed for a week and we had housekeeping once, but the room was clean, however, that one time. When we arrived, the toilet and shower had hair, it was disgusting. The rest of the room was fine, but why we got no housekeeping even after we asked about it? We were told that housekeeping was every other day, which was perfectly acceptable… if it happened. The gym was surprisingly nice; for example, I didn’t not expect to find two elliptical machines at a Four Point or equivalent hotel. The pool area, however, was dirty. My spouse used it one morning. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in Allentown while our marching band was competing in nationals, and it couldn’t have been more convenient—right by the stadium and directly across from Dorney Park.||I worked with Saran Diallo, the sales manager, to coordinate our group stay, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was efficient, patient, and incredibly helpful as we navigated many questions. She ensured our students and staff were placed together and arranged a base of operations so we could easily serve breakfast to everyone. Thanks to her organization, check-in was smooth and stress-free.||The hotel itself was great. Our rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night. The parents even enjoyed singing karaoke after dinner, which made the trip even more memorable.||I would gladl

Positive: Loved the location directly across the street from the Dorney Park parking lot, the only thing that could have been better would be Pedestrian access so I don’t even half to drive over. Negative: The ceilings in the bathroom were really low and the toilet did leak a little bit. Does look like there were areas where cleaning tools would be difficult to reach, but still felt super clean. Great value hotel.

Stayed at Four Points recently. Front desk personnel greeted us as soon as we walked. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The Linx restaurant attached to hotel was very convenient with very good service and food. Location is very convenient to the hospital. I will definitely be staying there in the future.
