Hyatt House Allentown / Lehigh Valley

My husband and I booked this last minute on a long drive across PA and it ended up being such a highlight of our road trip. The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel taken care of. Special shoutout to Clarissa! The one bedroom suite is well worth it when traveling with little ones. If you’re looking for a place anywhere around here this is it.

Super clean room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Clarissa at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay excellent!

Sabrina and Ronnie are very professional and helpful. Made our check in experience on a busy Friday night very pleasant and helpful I recommend this location and their services.

This was by far the worst Hyatt experience I’ve had. Upon check-in, I was told my room wasn’t ready and asked to wait. After waiting for over 30 minutes, there was still no update, and the room remained unavailable. It genuinely felt like we were the only guests trying to check in, while the front desk staff appeared more focused on chatting amongst themselves than assisting guests. Extremely disappointing.

Very nice hotel, the room is clean and spacious. The hotel looks quite new or newly renovated. Quiet neighborhood with easy access. The free breakfast is OK. Will come back.
