Staybridge Suites Allentown West by IHG

Very easy to get to from highway with plenty of restaurant options within 2 minutes of hotel. Entrance to hotel, from both outside and in the lobby was warm and inviting. Check-in was easy with pleasant desk clerk. We had a 1 King bed suite on 3rd floor facing back of hotel. We couldn't hear any highway noise, which was a surprise. Suite was well-equipped and clean. We used both pool and weight room; both were kept up nicely and very clean. Breakfast was great! Each morning they have a different "special". The morning we were there, they had cheese omelets, bacon, and sweet potato tots along with the usual waffles, breads/bagels, oatmeal, cereals, and fruits. The hotel is located just off a busy freeway in an industrial area, with that being said it very quite. The staff is friendly & the room is a home away from home. Breakfast has a good selection, usually eggs, bacon/sausage and some sort of potatos. Yogurt, fruit, granola & waffles selections as well.

I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchenette was a fantastic feature, allowing me to prepare my own meals and enjoy the convenience of home. The amenities at the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every time I'm in town we stay at this hotel because it has everything we need from the complimentary breakfast each day to the suite rooms with bedrooms. The location is great for why we come to town and close to food and activities.

The room and the inside of the building were okay — pretty much what I expected based on the price. However, the exterior of the building was not cared for at all, which was disappointing compared to how it looked in the pictures online. On top of that, people were blasting music in the back parking lot past midnight, making it hard to sleep. Overall, it was just an average stay and could’ve been much better with better upkeep and noise control
