Stayed at this location twice each time for ASU homecoming weekend. Every time the staff has been amazing! Helpful, and polite. This visit made my second time here during ASU homecoming weekend, the weekend of October 17th. Booked a suite and it was horrible. The pull out sofa mattress was stained with huge red stains not sure what it was. We saw the stains because there weren’t any sheets on the mattress. We were not comfortable with sleeping on that mattress even when provided sheets. So the staff moved us to a new room. The room was hot and stuffy. Dirty with hair in the shower. Carpet was dirty and had a smell. And the suites are super small. It was 3 adults and one child and we were cramped. Probably would’ve been better off getting a double queen room. I stay at this property often because I have family that lives in Albany. The front desk staff is typically very friendly and hospitable. The property is conveniently located to restaurants and stores, etc. which is nice. Regarding the rooms, the beds are mostly comfortable, and the rooms are clean. I like the convenience of having a kitchenette, wine glasses, etc. However, there are some improvements that could be made. Several times the tv remote hasn't worked, which was annoying. I'm sure the batteries need replacing. The shower heads are absolutely horrible and need to be replaced. The showers in each room aren't the same; some of them have half of a glass shower door and the water sprays out all over the floor. The sink fixtures are often loose and wobbly. The most recent sta

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time was much better than the first. Room was clean, roomy, and great view of the pool. The soap dispenser was empty and there was no paper towels. I did call to the front desk to have some delivered, but desk clerk forgot because of an “incident” downstairs. So I retrieved the items on my own. Breakfast was just ok with some kids running around touching the paper plates and playing with the drink dispensers while licking their fingers. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault for unsupervised children. It wasn’t a deal breaker and will definitely stay again.

Don’t even know where to start …. I have stayed at hundreds of Marriotts and it’s my go to place to stay. Picked this one and pulled in. Room was $200 bucks and it’s rated 3 stars, the wall is rotting in the bathroom due to the shower design. Half open shower door plan and the shower head doesn’t adjust up and down and sprays on turbo thus hitting the opposite wall and water is flooding the bathroom floor, outlet doesn’t work in the bathroom, breaker was tripped when we came in and we had 2 chargers plugged in for our phones one on each side of the bed and the breaker kept tripping . After the 10th time of tripping it back and it being 1 am we just gave up and went to sleep. Idk what kind of TV situation was going on but it took forever to come on and the wall mount is questionable. Breakf

This is the all-time worst hotel I’ve ever been in 59 years. Nothing comes close. There is no hot water. The remote to the TV doesn’t work. The dishes have food on them so they didn’t clean any of the dishes. The bathroom door doesn’t close. The people upstairs have been running races for the last four hours. And the front desk says that it’s going to take a while to get hot water because when this happens, I gotta go reset the boiler. Do yourself a huge favor and either sleep in your car because that would be better or find something else. This place is an embarrassment to the industry.
