Hampton Inn & Suites Albany At Albany Mall

Horrible service ever!!!The person checked us inn had no respect towards customers.He told me uf i want to report his attitude i must speak only to him,because he owns 15% of the hotel...the same gentleman also told me he is willing to fight if i want to fight.Also my card was swiped two times for spending only one night. Will never return to this horrible experience. All of this happend with my wife and other costumers present.

I had a very disappointing experience with the management team at this hotel. I spoke with Nisha Patel and Assistant General Manager Thomas Bond on multiple occasions while trying to make several reservations. Both were consistently rude and unprofessional.||If you're traveling to the area for business, I strongly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn instead. Their staff is far more accommodating, and they’re wrapping up room renovations, making it an all-around better choice.

The rooms are sub-par for a Hilton property. Buy new towels and replace them daily!! They are too worn for multi-uses. Overall services was horrible. The desk clerks were polite and competent. However, the owners (Hitesh Patel) complicated the check-in process, rented pre-paid rooms, moved guests in our party without authorization, etc. The managers were rude and confrontational. Worst Hilton experience ever!! I'll never give this location my money again.

The worst stay in a Hampton in I have had. I am on a very unfortunate trip to Albany for the passing of a step parent. Upon checking in it was not told to us that the hotel is under renovation. The only room available was a king suite, ok I guess that will work. Over $400 for 2 nights just to hear constant banging above my room started before 9am and continued throughout the day . I asked the front desk about it and I was rudely told that they would refund me one night and check me out if that's what I want. I said it would have liked to have been informed before checking in and I would have chosen another place to stay during this hard time . No remorse or human emotions just cold and disrespectful well let us know what your going to do. I can't believe this is the way a Hilton honors

I travel 2 months out of the year, on average, and this is by far one of the nicest Hilton Hotels I have stayed in. I'm so impressed. The lobby is immaculate. The room I stayed in looked brand new! The carpet was super thick and plush. The fridge was huge for a hotel fridge and actually cold! The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a ton of counter space. I could barely hear anything going on outside of my room. The parking lot does fill up early, however Lennis went out of his way to give me his spot since his shift was ending shortly. I just cannot say enough good things about this spot. Thank you for a great experience!
