MCLB Albany RV Park

Very nice campground with alot of space on your site. There are some full-timers, but, they are very nice. Would give 5 stars, but, can't get mail on post, have to rent a PO box since we'll be here for 6 weeks. Only bad thing is the gnats, they're horrible here, but, not the bases fault. I would definitely come back.

Kinda small RV park, but plenty of room to maneuver your rig, and spaces are not real close to your neighbors. I think theresy22 spots. Prices are low- 30/night, 125/week, 400/month. Can't beat those prices! NICE LAUNDRY AND SHOWER area, and a small but neat museum in the same building. The rvcamp is way on one end of the fairly large Marine base, and the check-in bldg is separate from the park (in a bldg with NAVY FED)... A NICE, QUITE AND SAFE PLACE TO GO, GOR DURE. Yes, there's a commissary and MPX bldg to go to as well... 👍👍 Check-in staff was very helpful, but you may need to call multiple times to get thru.

Nice RV park. Cell coverage is usable for both Sprint and Verizon. Couple of shady spots but it rained all day when I was there so I didn't get to see the sun pattern. Good sidewalks and the roads are not busy if you like to walk.

It's a great place, clean, quiet and we'll maintained. I only wish they had the free WiFi in the RV Park as they use to have. I burn up a lot of data and am not able to work on my laptop there.

Never felt safer than sleeping while surrounded by Marines! Full hookups, neat and clean. Great spacing between neighbors.
