Town Terrace Inn

Temporarily my living situation... already dealing with a hard time in my life, so definitely don't need to have anything else become difficult to deal with... very pleased overall with management, cleaning staff and their performance, the condition of my room was very clean and well maintained also upon arrival..great deal for the money charged per night.. . much better experience than my husband and I had to deal with at the crown inn right down the road a few miles away!!

A couple of friends and I stayed at this place for one night this weekend. And when i fell asleep i startes itching. I got up and to notice i was bitten by something on both arms. Got out of bed and sat in a chair the rest of the night. The next morning my friend check under the mattress and saw a spider web with a baby spider on it. When spoken to management about it they told us we never had any complaints. And offered to give us $10 back. These people are rude, nasty and don't care. Beware of this nasty, disgusting old run down trash. This place needs to be condemned.

Best managers anywhere! I was there about 3 months. The Patels & (college student) son always helped with anything I needed; and fast! They also care more about the grounds & cleanliness than anywhere! Mr. P was always doing yard work and that made me proud to live there. Mrs. P kept the office nice and grew plants to decorate. When I got people to bring me home from work I was never ashamed of where I lived. The v Combination of hood price AND cozy rooms made it even better than 5-star! The housekeepers were so efficient & friendly, and I will ALWAYS go back to my Hometel whenever I'm in The Burg. I miss you guys!! Love, Cris (114)

Great location but the service an management are very disturbing owner harassed me for three days trying to kick me out because my cousin went to get my room paid for it to have it in her name which they put someone else name whom I never knew them tried to stay i couldn't be in the room when ever other person had ppl in an out all day ... Roaches an bugs in the room ... husband an house keeper very disrespectful... as well as had the original receipt stole our of room by house keeper to have his boss lie to try an not give me my money back

I'm from North Carolina and i'm doing a job in Bowman South Carolina and i'm staying in Town Terrace Inn. The Staff is very professional. The owners are respectful and kind. The room I stay in is clean and has no bugs. One downside is there is no thermostat to control the air conditioners. No troubles in the area all and all it is a nice stay.
