Scam. They take your money and then ghost you. Called after booking to make sure it was set and the guy answered and was like “yep yep yep you’re all set”. Then we got to the location, we called him again he answered and we asked him how do we check in because the front door was locked. He said to give him a second so he could “call someone to let you in” and then hung up on us and then ghosted us. Called a few times after and it said the # was no longer in service. Bunch of fakes

This place is totally fraud. DO NOT STAY!! I booked the hotel two weeks before my stay. When I arrived, a guy show up and said it’s all booked. I can tell you guys he’s black, this also could prove that I did show up at the property, and I also sit inside the house and talk to him. However, few days after I ask them to give me the refund, they lied to the booking that I didn’t show up. So ridiculous. I give the record of took uber from this hotel to Marriott hotel, also the text record. I also can ask the uber driver to proof that I did show up at this property if needed.

The rooms and building look very modern and new. Peaceful not a noise heard. Remtal car parked outside with no issues.street was quiet. Had a great stay would definitely comeback.

Dangerously bad… I came here at 11 pm through United booking. There was no one here and the phone number listed was unreachable. I was at risk and stranded.. so were two more people. I heard that this is a regular occurrence. This place must be shut down by law enforcement quickly for the safety of out of town people who visit NJ.

I rented a room for 4 nights and left after the first night. Everything was a disaster; I couldn't sleep at all. There was a woman constantly singing. If you are thinking of coming here because it's cheap, don't come; your life is completely at risk. I hope others don't experience what I went through.
