Thousand Trails Circle M

We are thrilled with Circle M! Love the site, right on the river with water & electric. Great walking, among the amenities and campsites or (my fav) along the river that winds around the whole campground. Outstanding customer service! They have been exceedingly nice, accommodating our campsite needs/wants beautifully & very professionally. We have not dealt with- or seen- a single employee/staff member who was not wonderful. Amenities are also good, with organized activities available, as well as mini golf, basketball, indoor and outdoor pools & more. The grounds are also well maintained 🤗 We will definitely be back, probably more than once a year!

We had a truly great time during our stay — clean cabin, nice green areas, quiet campground. Everything was exactly what we hoped for.||Then, about a month later, the story took a turn. Out of nowhere, our membership was suspended and we were hit with a $250 fine — for having a service animal.||Here’s the issue: having a service animal is not a rule violation; it’s a protected right under federal law (ADA). Which we told them about upon booking. No one ever mentioned a problem during our stay. Not once. The campground never contacted us before or after issuing the fine. ||After the suspension was placed, I called daily for five days just to get an answer. Eventually, someone admitted it was a mistake and removed the fine — but then told us they “can’t” remove the suspension or even let us

This place has very friendly staff!!! The grounds are nice and a lot to do with kids. Pool is clean the hot tub is HOT and I loved it. The bathrooms in pool area are just ok. Water pressure sucked. They were clean. The sites are fine nothing to really complain about. NOW THE CRAZY…our water stopped the last night we were there. No one around to seek help and no emergency number, but we were not in any emergency yet. Next morning woke up to a massive SINK HOLE INCHES FROM RV. I got wife moving and we left. Since no one was there and no emergency number we left to next destination way earlier than we wanted to. There has been ZERO FOLLOW UP from the park to us to check on us or just say sorry that happened. We know things can happen but a call would have been nice. Overall a ver

This park is pretty cool. Mini Golf is under a roof. The game room is awesome. The grounds are laid out pretty neat. They also have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. There is a ton of cool stuff for all ages. Great for riding bikes.

This was our second time here. Love the sites here. Grass and not dirt. Roads paved. Staff is friendly and all amenities are well taken care of. Best Thousand Trails location that we’ve been to. The indoor pool/jacuzzi is amazing. Mini golf was well kept and the kids had a blast. Arcade room was super clean. Bathrooms also! We will return!
