Fulton Steamboat Inn

This was our first time and we had a blast. We stayed for only one night. The entire hotel has a really cool theme and feeling to it. They even have some late music playing in the hallways as you go to your room, which give you a cool kind of feel. The beds were comfortable. The pool area is great. It’s located right in the heart of downtown Lancaster. We will definitely be staying again. Forgot to add that they had free coffee and cookies in the lobby!

This was the second year we've made reservations for the Fulton Steamboat Inn's New Year's Eve package. The Fulton is a classy, exquisitely furnished hotel. And aside from the souvenir Champagne flutes, exceptional dinner menu, a free Champagne toast and the festive gathering to watch Time Square on the large projection screen, it was also a polite, sophisticated crowd. The halls were quiet when we returned to our room around 12:20AM. The only less than satisfactory point again was the "family breakfast" in the morning. Just a big plate full of unhealthy carbs and fats. We were told it was easier for the kitchen to serve a full house this way. Never the less, we'll be back next year as well as the several times a year we come after shows at the American Music Theater. It's a great venue.

Neya at the front desk was helpful, pleasant, funny and hospitable. Working in hospitality myself, I am over the moon when people make my travels lovely, fun, pleasant, relaxing, comfortable and everything good! She adjusted my room rate as it was incorrect; I was not charged properly for my first night in accordance with the rewards program. She complimented my hairstyle as well which was funny in and of itself, once again, making me feel good, welcomed and comfortable. The Inn is lovely and I enjoy staying there so very much! I was visiting as part of my Christmas celebration, so it definitely was made memorable by the Steamboat Inn! The cookies were tasty as usual and the hot chocolate bar was fun!!

From the moment we stopped into the lobby, we were impressed! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff was so friendly. The rooms were so spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved the decor in the rooms as well. The pool was very nice and warm. We didnt eat at the restaurants but we heard people say they were good. We would definitely stay here again. I would like to stay during the warmer months, to explore the outside more. We seen there was a beautiful pond and some other things but it was way to cold while we were there to check out.

Positive: I was able to relax completely because the room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Negative: There was an odor of some sort in the hallway and room. Nothing horrible; just an unpleasant smell. My husband did not notice it.
