Spark by Hilton Lancaster

I had an outstanding experience at the Spark by Hilton in Lancaster, and it was all thanks to the incredible service provided by Shaimaa Elghoneimy, the Front Desk Manager. I visited with my kids, and from the moment we arrived, Shaimaa made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. She went above and beyond in every way — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her patience with my children and the way she handled everything with such grace made our stay unforgettable. Shaimaa is truly a gem, and Hilton is very lucky to have her. She represents the Hilton brand at the highest level, and guests like us absolutely feel the difference. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The room was clean and linens were nice. The shower/bathtub could have used a better cleaning but was not gross. The breakfast had a nice selection of breads, hot food, and fruit. The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Overall, I would stay here again. I gave it 4 stars because of the bathroom but everything else was good.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel! The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and the shower pressure was good. Breakfast was decent but there were no hot foods beyond oatmeal and a microwave. It's also about 15-20 mins from Sight & Sound so it was a good stop for that. Everyone was friendly and service was great. Would def stay again.

Great place for one night stay during youth tournament! Angel at the front desk was super helpful and the breakfast staff were friendly and on top of refills and keeping things clean. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again! Appreciated the friendliness of the staff!

I know the brand is pretty low end, but this was particularly bad. Just a lame product. The thing that irritated me bad enough to write the review was the breakfast. Pretty close to inedible. I know it’s not supposed to be much but it was freaking embarrassing. Totally disgusting.
