Parkview Inn & Suites Lancaster

This hotel is a hidden gem! The front desk staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The lobby is quaint and inviting with a sofa and fireplace. The rooms are ENORMOUS and have incredibly comfortable beds. At the last minute, they were able to accommodate an entire team for a tournament and did it all with grace and welcoming attitudes. This is our 2nd time staying here and I will never stay anywhere else while in Lancaster!

Soooo this is the greatest place ever. I have stayed at a variety of places over my years, including the number one resort in the world and some dumps. This place is seriously amazing. It’s extremely clean and the Customer service is A++. Our son got sick and they sent somebody up immediately to vacuum the carpet and I requested early check in and they called me to let me know when I could come (which was hours early). Also the check out time of noon is amazing. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The customer service again is amazing. (Should I say it again?). a++

Positive: Very spacious rooms. Bed linens and towels. Negative: Not enough parking! Parking behind the hotel not safe.

Our family was very happy to spend Christmas here for three nights while we enjoyed Lancaster. The pool and hot tub was a plus to stay there and did not disappoint our kids. Very good hot breakfast too. We want to give special recognition to the staff member (Mike?) who worked a double shift Christmas so other staff could have off. I never saw him sitting around but always doing something and helpful/courteous. Rooms were clean and kept up. Thank you and we'd stay there again if we ever return.
