The Westin Washington National Harbor

I recently completed a 9-day stay at The Westin National Harbor and overall had a very positive experience. The front desk team was consistently welcoming and responsive, and the restaurant and bar were standout highlights. Karen and Super provided exceptional service during happy hour, and the food throughout my stay was excellent. Management was also receptive when I shared feedback, which I truly appreciated. My king room was comfortable and clean, though I had requested a lower floor and was placed on the 6th floor. The shower water ran more warm than hot during my stay, which may be worth reviewing. Housekeeping required a few follow-ups for basic amenities during the extended visit, but requests were addressed quickly. The main area for improvement is valet parking. In the evening

First, it is a beautiful looking hotel. The front desk personnel are very efficient and welcoming. Room extremely comfortable. My TV was not working properly. Soon after reporting this, a staff member came and fixed the problem. ||What truly made my stay remarkable was the attention to detail. My daughter had arranged a surprise for me. Room service delivered a tray with a fruit and cheese platter and a slice of chocolate cake with an Icelandic bottle of water plus the Weston’s hyperice massage kit. She remarked how helpful the manager was with her in setting this up. ||The Westin National Harbor is a remarkable stay.

Great location near a lot of food and places to check out. Good distance from casino. Very nice room and the view of the river was beautiful to wake up to. I left my favorite water bottle in the room and went back after a few hours and they did everything to locate it for me. Erica didn’t have to go above and beyond for a water bottle, but I’m happy she did. Thank you!

Nice waterfront hotel right in National Harbor. I was there during Christmas time. Depending on your room, you can see the river, the Harbor Sky Wheel. With my Marriott status, I was upgraded to a waterfront facing corner suite. Take pictures and enjoy the view at night before the super bright spot light turn on around 8pm. The glare from the light illuminating the hotel exterior can be an eye sore from inside the bedroom. The Christmas tree and music from the National Harbor can be heard from our room, signaling us to go out and check it out. The suite was very spacious. But lacks a microwave. You have to go at the hallway ice machine and use the microwave there. I think for a suite It needs a microwave inside. The hotel has limited food and drink options. The bar was empty, guest would r

Positive: The cleanliness of the room; the view from the room!! Negative: I didn’t have my room serviced and the day before I left, I saw a maid in the hallway and requested a roll of toilet paper but she pointed to another maid’s cart down the hall. I heard that one scrubbing in that room and didn’t want to bother her.
