Comfort Inn Oxon Hill - National Harbor

My vehicle was broken into with security present. Hotel staff said there is nothing they can do including taking any claims. There was around 4-5 cars that were vandalized. I had things stolen out of my car. Staff said that this hardly ever happens but police said the opposite. Plus the renovations need to be completed. Toilet was not bolted all the way in. Stains and just not up to par. I will never stay here again or recommend this property. Thanks Comfort Inn for making me and others feel safe! Just terrible. Stay away from here unless you don’t appreciate your valuables.

The placement is great. Staff some friendly some just not so much. When asking a question at the front desk got a lot of attitude from one lady in the front. The room was pleasant. The tv remote and the channel selection not the greatest. No batteries in the tv remote. No ironing board in the room

Positive: Location the peace and quiet the rooms were clean the free breakfast was Great. Negative: Funny smell on floors coming off elevator.also charge to much use the Laundry room

I stayed for a business trip and need to visit gaylord convention. I thought it is a three star accommodation. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was average the lady who works in kitchen was so rude. Reception people are kind and nice. I do not want to offend but I only saw black and brown people staying in the hotel, by the way I am also brown. Don’t stay here with lot of expectations it is a budget hotel and nearby convention centre.

Common areas were very dirty, was afraid to open the door of the room. No water at all in the shower. Had to let the water in the sink run for ever just to get Luke warm water. Only left one face cloth in the room. It was late before I realized it. Brought these complaints to the attention of the clerk. No manager on duty. She said they aren’t able to make adjustments because I booked with points through Choice. I’m a senior citizen and this these inconveniences was a waste of my well earned points. My wife and I were very disappointed with this lodging.
