Dont use this spa, and find food accommodation before coming if you dont want food poisoning. The room itself is ok, clean, a bit outdated. I'm glad I brought my own light and mirror to get ready, room service was very attentive and sweet. That being said let's get to the real problems... the food here is so so but sadly multiple people on my team claimed they got food poisoning, I listened to there advice and order delivery. I did try my company's party buffet and thought it was good but they definitely order out for the event. My biggest issues, Parking none of the staff knew where we could park and kept telling us different things until we drove around and found the self parking, you take the first right after the gate and can park in the garage after check in. The spa, so SO disappoint

We took our family to Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center to attend the ICE! exhibit and stayed overnight. As expected, the hotel was extremely busy due to the event, but customer service was excellent throughout our stay. My wife checked us in while I grabbed the luggage from the car. We had specifically booked a room with an atrium view so we could experience the light shows. The initial room assigned did not have that view, but when my wife went back to the front desk, the staff immediately apologized and corrected the mistake. To make up for the inconvenience, the gentleman assisting us upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the hotel—right in the center with an incredible view of the atrium. The light shows were phenomenal, and it was such a great experience to relax on the

My stay at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center over Christmas started off pretty terrible. I’ll give credit where it’s due: management genuinely did their best to rectify the situation, and I could tell there was effort to make things right once the issues were brought to their attention.||That said, this property is a mixed bag in a way that’s hard to ignore. They do a lot of things right. The resort is impressive, the scale is huge, and there are plenty of activities that look great on paper, especially around the holidays. But for every thing they do well, there seems to be something they do wrong, and the overall experience as an overnight guest ends up feeling exhausting. I'll skip the really negative comments and photos because of their efforts. But let me be clear, everythin

Visiting the National harbor in Maryland we decide to stay at the Gaylord thinking nice expensive hotel everything should be A+. WRONG! I'm sitting on the bed enjoying my dinner and I look up and the walls are filled with dust. I actually stop eating my food in concern of dust mites falling in my food. So I go to the front desk to complain and ask for this matter to be handled and I was told we will get someone on that as soon as possible. We wait and wait and at this point it's 12am no one has come to help. I found a guy cleaning the elevator and asked for some cleaning supplies so that I could clean it myself at this point everyone in the room is tired. I pull the mattresses back I get hot water and peppermint Castile soap to clean the walls and remove the dust. I then go over it with so
