The Westin Tampa Bay

I recently stayed at The Westin Tampa Bay and had a great experience. I have been visiting this hotel for several years and the recent renovation has completely transformed the property. The rooms are modern, very clean, and beautifully designed. The entire hotel feels fresh, elegant, and much more premium. The renovated restaurant and bar area also look fantastic and create a much better overall atmosphere. I would also like to recognize some outstanding team members. Andreina and Matais in the breakfast restaurant were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional and made the breakfast experience very enjoyable. As an espresso lover, I also have to say that the coffee and espresso served in the restaurant are excellent and of very high quality compared to many other hotels and cafés

Four nights here on a work trip. I probably would not choose such a high end hotel if it was my own money as this is absolutely not cheap and that doesn't even include the $27 per day self-parking charge. With my Marriott status, I was upgraded to a nice room on the 14th floor with a water view. That was nice, but keep in mind that in January, it's going to be dark in the morning and it will be dark when you return from the work day. The room was clean and it was quiet, located near the end of the hallway. The bed was mostly comfortable though it did seem like the mattress could use a refresh. I had an amazing time staying at the West End. The staff was incredibly courteous and made me feel like family throughout my entire stay. Their warm hospitality and exceptional service made my experience unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, care, and a welcoming atmosphere. Huge thanks to Ernest and Tiara. They were the best staff members I’ve ever encountered. They were one welcoming and very professional. They even gave great suggestions with dining and entertainment.

5 star experience from the moment I entered. I was traveling for work and stayed 4 nights. The valet staff is very welcoming, holding the doors open upon entering. The front desk staff, specifically AJ and Earnest provided incredible service, offering water bottles and tending to all of my other requests. The housekeeping cleaned my room daily, restocking everything I used and making my stay very comfortable. The bar staff at Palmette, specifically Michelle and Jimmy, provided amazing service as did the other restaurant staff. I really have no notes. It’s recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Overall, genuinely amazing experience and I will stay here again in the future.
