The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport

Booked this room based on rooftop pool…..big bust we get here and pool is closed….second bust pool that’s closed is shabby at best. No amenities. I am in an executive suite which all that means is I get breakfast. Continental breakfast at that. The area is shady but the red roof inn next door is comparable to this hotel. I planned a special weekend and it’s not up to par.

The rooms and lobby area as well, are super comfortable! And the food and beverage staff are great too~Pedro always greets me with a big smile and is an excellent Bartender! His attitude is top notch :) Sudip (sp?) is also a kind and personable bartender! I have felt very welcome at this hotel when I am traveling. Thank you so much 😊

Very short stay, unplanned overnight stay due to our flight being cancelled. Arriving at hotel maybe 12:30am. Depart on 5am courtesy van.Room was clean, quiet and nice. Sheets & bed great.Waited for pick up after midnight, almost 1 hours, then a competing hotel van driver offered to drop us off for a few bucks. We jumped at the offer.Hotel van runs once per hour for the return to DFW. I mean seriously, once per hour, are you serious?  So our flight was 7am, so do you take a 5am van or 6am van. We took the 5am van, we were in the lobby at 4:45, got the last 2 seats on the van with my wife sitting on my lap, and I’m 75. So that van is a bit ridiculous, ruined a rather nice hotel experience.

I had a decent stay at The Westin DFW Airport as I stayed here for a 4-day event. The staff were really friendly, super nice, and even gave us a room with a view of the airport upon request. Our room also had access to The Westin Club, which had a delicious breakfast buffet, and the fish tacos at BYRN were really good, juicy and tasty. The convention center was pretty nice although the ventilation is horrible since I could smell cigarette smell coming from the outside. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't my favorite. My only pro is the view was amazing, probably the best view of the airport out of the major Marriott properties at the DFW Airport. Unfortunately, the room was incredibly dusty, and I couldn't sleep properly because of it. I haven't noticed any stains on the furniture but tons of

4 nights end of February 2026. The basics are well done. The room was nice. The bed was good, the shower had good water pressure. Housekeeping every day. The lounge is meh... The breakfast is fine, but nothing special. The hors d'œuvre un the evening are non-existent during the weekend and scarce and forgettable during the week. The hotel is nice in general. The staff is not as friendly as in other Westin locations and seemed to lack training. So, not great. As a bonvoy titanium I didn't feel anything special, but the service was lackluster even if for a non-elite. Besides that... I was attending a conference in Grapevine. I didn't know
