I realize the check-in time is 4:00. Checked in at 3:30. Room was Not ready. I understand that It is now 4:45,Still no room. They are not ready yet. There is a long line waiting to register as well “waiting on their room” Concert night. Only 2 people working to check in people. Folks need to get ready for concert. I wheeled up and asked if my room was ready. She said I had to get in line to ask the question. Ummmm I already paid and just wanted to ask. Very rude. FYI. NO one there to unload valet either. I reserved this hotel based on ratings. Yall lied. Very disappointed in so many ways.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. From the valet, to the front desk and all of the cleaning staff. Everyone I crossed paths with or ran into greeted us and were smiling! As for the rooms, they were clean and comfortable. The king rooms were sold out so we had 2 doubles which were small but still comfy!
Bar and restaurant were closed, no notification while making the reservation. Relied on the Sheraton for breakfast and amenities. Gym was nice and clean with a good amount of treadmills. Room was outdated and not fully cleaned. Sticky food on the desk and on the carpet. See photos. Not worth $350 a night. You’d think for a Westin and a Marriott property they would take pride in their services and at least decrease the price of the room if they aren’t paying to keep the restaurant open.
Enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Will stay here again. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. You get access to the concierge lounge at the Sheraton next door when staying here. They had a nice set-up for drinks and snacks. Bartender was very friendly and helpful did a nice job taking care us. Plenty for food options walking distance from the hotel. Nice gym.
Positive: That it was close to the concert Negative: The guy . He was nice nasty . I had just worked a 12 hour shift when I was checking in on Friday . He gave me a room next to the ice machine and a view of the parking deck . I noticed he ask one gentleman how did he like his room . He never ask me
