Drury Inn & Suites Birmingham Grandview

If I could leave 10 stars I would!!!! From the moment we came we were greeted and treated amazing!!! The breakfast and 5:30 kick back we're awesome!!! Mrs. Turetta bell and Danielle were the highlights of our stay, they treated my daughter who has behavioral issues amazing, definitely will be staying here again

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Im pretty sure this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Free breakfast free dinner with drink vouchers! Nice pool indoor outdoor and hearted. The spa is nice. Kind of small but definitely nice. And dont get me started on the employees I was greeted by 3 people as soon as I walked thru the sliding doors. They guy that helped me was beyond kind and sweet. Made me feel like a welcomed kids at a candy shop lol. I was complimented on my freckles by another. Just a bunch of sweeties. Mindy helped me book my day by letting me know they had everything I need to make my 9yr old party a blast. She helped me move my dates when we were supposed to get snow and ice. The staff members at this hotel are awesome!!! We stayed for a brief vacation before my husband’s surgery and then again the night before his surgery. The ladies that put the food out at night were so sweet. I explained that we would miss breakfast because my husband had to be at the hospital by 6. They gave me fruit and yogurt to take with me to eat for breakfast during his surgery. ♥️ That was so very nice!! The guy at the front desk, wish I remembered his name, was awesome too. He remembered our name from the first visit. Only problem I had is that the toilets are very low to the floor and when you have had a total knee replacement it’s kind of rough to get off of. 🫤

Highly recommend this hotel. Their staff showed courtesy and really good hospitality. Their amenities worked and were enjoyable. Especially, the hot tub as we had gotten off of work and had a long drive. It was just what we needed.
