The room is clean and with nice linens, plenty of towels, and good pillows on a comfy bed. The free breakfast, prepared with care and attention, has so many delicious choices that it's hard to choose. The young woman that does the set up and oversees the spread is such a hard worker, an absolute sweetheart, and cared with a smile. Lastly, I am here caring for a surgery patient from out of town. When I arrived back from getting fresh pajamas at home (I'm local), my patient was being naughty and not following doc instructions by trying to load up her car! I found out that a kind, wonderful man, Ken, helped her with her heavy stuff, and went above and beyond to assist her with a smile even in these frigid temps. Ken, thank you so much! Upon our check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Kevin, who gladly changed our room to a handicap room, by rearranging things to make that happen. Our 2-day stay was most pleasant, as we found the room to be spacious. Breakfast on both days was fabulous. You’ll find the breakfast area large, not cramped, like I have found on other hotel stays. Employees are helpful every time that we needed assistance. Fortunately, this hotel is only a few minutes drive from our events. Many stars!

The Hampton Inn/Eagle Point in Birmingham, Alabama, was my “home away from home” while my house was being completely renovated. The manager was so accommodating when I explained my situation and requirements, showing me a sample room, and making me feel very welcome.||I am a 70-year-old widow, and safety was very important to me, as well as finding a good venue for my small dog staying with me. My reservation there was a long-term stay, and I felt extremely safe and comfortable during my visit.||I walked my dog Riley several times a day and night and enjoyed the blooming camellia bushes (even in very cold weather) and holly trees surrounding the well-kept property.||One amenity that I enjoyed having access to was a laundry room, which I utilized twice a week.
