The Westin Austin Downtown

This was our first time in Austin, and we loved it. The hotel decor fit the “Austin vibe”. Rooms were clean, great views. You can walk right down to 6th street or walk to Rainey street. Great rooftop pool. When our flight was delayed they were very accommodating.

Big rooms but hallways and elevators were dirty. And there was a party in one of the rooms on our floor until 6am Monday morning.. people running up and down hallways, etc. Not ideal

I love staying at this hotel when I frequent Austin , it’s beautiful, fun and close to everything, I would love to point out the staff here are always very pleasant and smiling. I was celebrating my marriage with you guys and you guys made my experience very magical and beautiful, even though you guys were so busy you guys handled everything with ease and poise , deeja ty so much your super sweet and great with guest , aswell as Aaron and Sydney. You guys know how to make a guest feel valued and heard. The rooms are always clean and spacious and the beds are always soft and comfortable. Will always come back here !!!

The front desk customer service at the Westin Downtown Austin was amazing! Deja (I apologize if I misspelled your name) truly deserves recognition. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. Her professionalism and positive attitude really took our experience over the top. Because of her excellent service, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our stay even better!

Everything about this hotel is spot on. The location in downtown Austin is perfect to access the bars & comedy clubs. The staff is extra friendly. Especially the valet staff, Zane & Johnny. They took great care of us & went the extra mile. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good. And finally the three most important things… bar staff & drinks were great, the water pressure was strong, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.
