The Westin Alexandria Old Town

The hotel was excellent in appearance and clean inside also. I was checked in by Danielo and he greeted me with a bright smile and professional greeting. The room was clean and all amenities worked. The valet was very courteous and punctual with my vehicle. I would recommend and stay here again.

It is so loud. I heard every door slam all day and night. I could hear the people in the room next to me and their dog. The room was nice. Very clean. Staff was nice but not necessarily friendly. I did not rent a car so I cannot comment on valet. I ordered room service and the burgers were not good, nor cooked as requested. There are plenty of options for dining though.

I stay here once or twice a year to attend a group business meeting which is walkable to the meeting location. The rooms are clean and comfy. The hotel is quiet and near plenty restaurants and shops. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. I have always enjoyed staying here and look forward to the next time.

The Westin in Alexandria is a beautifully renovated and modern hotel located in a very nice area. The service is excellent — Noel, the Director at the front desk, was exceptionally professional during check-in and made me feel truly welcome. He even recognized me later during my stay, which added a personal touch. The hotel features a great restaurant on the first floor, a well-equipped gym with locker rooms, and easy parking. It’s conveniently close to many attractions and only about 10 minutes from Old Town Alexandria. Highly recommended if you’re staying in the area!
