Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Belvoir Alexandria South

I have stayed here several times. Really close to the 3 places I use frequently...Mount Vernon's Dining room, Wegmans, and the Auto Train station. The staff are great. The room needed some refreshing. IE. Carpet. Chair is lopsided. Shower controls are pulling away from wall. I will say this, it was the first time since covid, that the hotel cleaning service, during a multiple night stay, knocked on my door, and asked if I would like the room done. I was astonished.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend to visit family and it was very nice! Quiet floor, clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Mary at the front desk was very kind and helpful when I asked for late check out. Breakfast was tasty!

Positive: "" Negative: We've stayed here many times. It was loud. It sounded like kids were just running and jumping most of the night in the rooms above us. I did find a live bed bug. We won't be staying at this location anymore.

A well run and moderately priced hotel. Quiet location. It's on Route 1, but set back from road noise. There is a small woods to one side and I appreciate the greenery. Nice indoor pool is larger than many hotel pools. Exercise room with all the standard equipment. good breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea. All staff were friendly

Loved staying here this past April! Easy parking (and plenty of it), easy to find (great location), and a super spacious and comfy room. Plus, the front desk staff were wonderful -- special shoutout to Geraldine and Victoria for being so friendly and helpful! Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lots of options...and there are freshly baked cookies available in the mid afternoon. Thanks for a great visit!
