We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself is excellent — very comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The condominium offers great amenities and infrastructure, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is also a major highlight. It’s very convenient, close to everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and main areas. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Not a legitimate company. Please do not deal with this company. We arrived at the tower at fuse in del Rey and we were given a code with our booking number. We were traveling with our child and since our permanent residence nearby had a furnace outage in December so it was a long day and looking forward to some comfort in a warm environment. Little did we know, when we arrived there are no ways to enter the building without a key fob (which is in the room) The code they gave us on our booking email was for our room only and there are no pads to enter code to enter building. So we stood out in the cold for over a half hour, lugging our stuff and escorting our toddler trying to figure out where to go. Finally a very kind UPS man who said he delivered to this building frequently, let us in an

The property was very clean and easy to get to by train and bus to/from the airport as well as the Capitol One Arena in D.C.. Several restaurants and a 7eleven nearby made it convenient for my quick trip to grab food. The building also has awesome amenities!! They provided easy directions (with photos!) to check in and a map of the building as it can be a little confusing at first, but wasn't difficult.

The room is basic, and not very clean. There are two hear/ac units but only one works. There were cabinet knobs missing. Most upsetting was condoms found in bedside drawer with tissues. We got a bad feeling that maybe this rental was used for something else and told them via text we want to check out early. Assume text responses were AI. They said no refund and no real reaction to this. Location is great, but that’s it. I would never stay here again.
