Club Wyndham Old Town Alexandria

This is the perfect location for visiting Alexandria as well as DC. The METRO station is only about 1/2 block away. Rooms are top notch and staff is super helpful. I've stayed here many times already and I already look forward to my next trip.

Great location. Within a block of a metro station. Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. They deal with problems promptly. Nice exercise room. Only downside is this is a timeshare facility. They're very insistent you attend a sales meeting. Be prepared and tell them no.

The location was amazing! Close to metro, bus pick up and the Alexandria trolley! The staff was absolutely amazing the accomodations were perfect! Our concierge, Criag, was so helpful and so much fun to visit with, he really made our trip special! This is a Wyndham resort property so we agreed to sit for the member presentation. Honestly, we are not a fan of such things but we went ahead and made the appointment. For the first time attending one of these it was not about selling something, there was no pressure to buy anything it was just informational for current members and there was no antics to hold us hostage when you are ready to leave.

DO NOT Attend their timeshare or vacation club meetings. They will be very rude from the jump at the front desk and even more rude when you leave. They refused to validate our $25 dollar parking ticket just because we didn’t buy their extremely expensive vacation club package; when they were the ones that told us to park there. They wanted us to make a decision of tens of thousands of dollars in 1 hour and a half. The lady at the front desk of the time share room is extremely rude.
