LaCanas and Janel have made my experience and stay here exceptional. You will not find 2 better ladies or just people that are willing to go above and beyond for stranger the way they have been to our crew. Looking forward to the rest of my stay just because of these two exceptional ladies. Thank you so much!!!!

A clean and a well presented, modern room.|A large space for an extended stay.|A comfortable bed but with only 3 thin pillows and a very thin blanket and equally thin quilt. This forces guests in cooler weather to turn on the air con heating.|A lift x2 for access to L2 and L3.|Reasonable value perhaps BUT the DC CBD is a long and often slow freeway drive away for tourists.|Possibly a good air con system, but we had trouble in #room 214 getting it ON or OFF and changing the modes.|Rooms at the back are definitely quieter from the road noise.|We were on L2 but guests above us stomped away in the evenings and early mornings.|Rooms on L2 or L3, allow the outside windows to left opened. The internal courtyard windows on all levels and outside windows on L1 all need to have security controlled,

Janelle and her staff made us feel right at home. Our company stayed w/them 6 months and we didn’t have any complaints. Safe, secure, comfortable beds, big smart tv’s and nice respectful neighbors. Highly recommend if you are in this area.

Update: I made it back to my room, and the manager could not have been more apologetic. She was trying to relax after a day and missed the phone, could have happened to anyone. We had a long conversation the next day, and she is lovely. If you were going to have super late hours outside of apt, still worth noting this isn't manned 24/7, but I'm glad I'm here 😊 So it is currently 9:35PM and I have been locked outside of the building for about 30 min. Guess my key card got uncoded some how. I keep calling the after hours number and no one answers. I am on military travel here. Guess I am sleeping in my car tonight.

Can’t say enough good things about StayApt! Rooms are big, very clean, with a wonderful full-size kitchen. Janelle & Nina are phenomenal! I highly recommend staying here!
