The Waterford Inn

Has the potential to be great Pros: - nice, central location - rooms are a nice size Cons: - the place needs a deep clean. It is clear they have remodeled the place in a few years but the cleaning is not there. The floorboards look like they have never been clean. The remote was so dirty, I had to put it in a bag to avoid touching it and the desk had dead, dried up bugs on it. - they advertise luxury bedding. This is not the case! Pillows are lumpy and the bedding is worst than a 1 star hotel - Tried to use the AC and it blew 80 degree air - most of the outlets didn’t work and the worked we saw once for 5 min said he was aware - they charge a 10% destination fee yet no other hotels including hotels on Nantucket do this - 99% of the time, there are no workers or front desk agent at the h

I was in P-town for a family wedding. Not all of the guests were able to book a place at the wedding venue...and I sure am happy I DIDN'T because I was referred to The Waterford Inn instead! This place is conveniently located to everything! Absolutely charming!

Such a great stay! Comfortable beds, large enough rooms, updated bathrooms and facilities. Super accommodating staff and located just a short walk from area bars and sights. Had great recommendations. Easy mobile check in and out. Enjoyed the courtyard garden sitting area and nearby restaurants. Wish the rooms were a bit more sound proof for privacy but I was embracing the entire experience as quaint and really enjoyed my stay.

Great location! Beautiful room! The only down side is I wish the room had curtains!! The blinds do not keep the sunshine out , so be prepared to wake up early. PLZ PLZ ADD CURTAINS TO YOUR ROOMS.

This charming historic house is a fantastic place to stay. Located on the main street, it’s easy to walk to everything. You walk through a lovely courtyard to reach the house. I stayed in room 9, which has been newly renovated and offers a water view. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. There’s a cozy couch and a desk. A minifridge is also available. The host, MarcAnthony, is both knowledgeable and kind. He assisted me with parking and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. He made sure I was comfortable using the key app to access my room and was very responsive when I texted him. I will definitely be coming back!
