We stayed at the Rose & Crown during Trans Week as part of the Autumn One program, and it was one of the most magical trips we’ve ever experienced — the perfect honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The owners are some of the kindest, most sincere people we’ve ever met, and their warmth made the entire stay feel special. The inn itself is absolutely charming — quiet, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast spread each morning was so lovely and thoughtful, and the front porch quickly became one of our favorite spots. Because the Rose & Crown is right on Commercial Street, you can sit outside and take in the energy of Provincetown — the people, the color, the joy — or simply relax and enjoy a quiet moment watching the world go by. You feel so at home here it's like being at home but better. It was like hanging with only the family members you actually like. Ann and Laura are so nice and caring and fun! It was the best week I've spent in Provincetown in the 12 years I've been visiting. I can't wait to go back. |I did a shared bath room and there were no issues. The bed was comfortable. There is a front patio with chairs and tables for great people watching. The location directly across from the boatslip is perfect. The large living room helps when you have a rainy day and just want to stay inside. There is a kitchen area with a good breakfast and fresh made muffins on weekends. And a fridge stocked with sodas and water for just $1 each, saving having to lug those from the Stop & Shop. I can't wait to go ba
This was my first time to Ptown and had no idea what to expect. The lady’s were super accommodating the room was very comfortable and homey unlike a sterile hotel. The front option was great for people watching and gathering to meet new friends. Also it’s right across from the boat slip. Nice little breakfast bar as well
I had a great stay at the Rose & Crown, and will definitely be back. The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and make sure you have everything you need from the minute you arrive until they say goodbye. The rooms are spacious and there is a nice common area with snacks and breakfast. They also have a patio out front, and a place for everyone to meet. The location couldn’t be better, and you get an amazing value for the time you spend here.
Laura and Ann are very gracious hosts, attending to every need (not that there were many). We booked the Rose room, which is spacious with a king size bed and full bathroom. The the room has tons of character, with plenty of room for clothes to be put away. Fresh homemade muffins await in the kitchen on the weekend mornings, with coffee, tea, yogurt and other light options. The location can't be beat for access to all that the west end has to offer along Commercial street. Highly recommend!
