Prince Albert Guest House

We stayed at the Prince Albert Heritage House for a week over New Years with my parents, two adult couples, and a young adult couple. We had eight people in the house, and everyone felt like they had a ton of room and were very comfortable.||The location is unbeatable—steps from the Lobster Pot, yet on a quiet, tranquil street. It’s truly ideal for a large group and can accommodate many people comfortably. The house includes at least three parking spaces, which is an absolute luxury in PTown. We visited in the winter, but the outdoor spaces look incredibly inviting, and I’d love to experience them in the summer.||The house itself is magnificent and funky. We recently stayed at the Prince Albert Guest House for five nights. You can’t ask for a better location when staying in Provincetown. It’s conveniently located across the street from the Boat Slip and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in town. Checking in and out was organized and simple. The room was clean and included a Keurig coffee maker and fridge. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and high quality. The Prince Albert offers a terrific continental breakfast that includes an assortment of coffee, tea, juices, bagels, English muffins, cereal, yogurt, fresh berries, and more. We've often stayed at the Prince Albert Guest House, our favorite place to stay in Provincetown. This year we wanted to bring our large dogs and Paul (the Owner) suggested the Rose Garden Apartment on Center Street. Our new favorite! It was perfect for us and the dogs as we could let them out on the courtyard to run and do their thing. The kitchen had all the amenities needed so we cooked all our meals there which saved a ton of money! We'll definitely be back there!

Once again, an excellent stay. We stayed at the Prince Albert Rose apartments/condos in the “Basile”. Last year we stayed in the “Lookout”. Both were incredible. The location on Center Street allows you to park your car & forget it. Everything is within walking distance. There is every imaginable thing you could need to cook a meal, & nothing is “run in”. It is like staying in your own home. The staff is very attentive & helpful. Our good time was definitely made possible by our excellent accommodations. Thank you Paul for another wonderful stay. I have said it before & will say it again & again—-if you are planning a trip to Provincetown this is the place to stay!!!

My wife and I enjoyed a great 3 day stay with our two small dogs. The room (#9) was a great choice for our dogs, it was quiet and cool and they slept while we were able to enjoy P'Town. The inn also sets out a very nice breakfast and offers a happy hour in the afternoon! The location is excellent, it is a very short walk to anything on Commercial St.
