The name says it all. We stayed just one night and it was perfect. The rooms are nicely appointed and super quiet in spite of being on the road (we stayed in one of the front rooms). They have a nice rooftop deck that was perfect for coffee. Breakfast however was minimalistic at best and didn’t match the quality of the room. You may want to plan to eat breakfast out.

It’s so hard to plan a vacation these days- there are so many choices! I’m so glad we picked a charm. It was close enough to the action but very peaceful. Everyone was super nice both the host and the guests. They were available via text if we had any questions but everything was so seamless, we never needed anything. The building in the room are perfect temperature wise. Everything is really lovely. Everything is very comfortable. We would totally come back.

Charm is a very apt name! The one issue i had was parking. I was told that parking was incl for King size beds but not for queen. For me, it'd be first come first served. I am fine with that, but I got a different story and a little disbelief when I tried to figure it out upon arrival. In short, the manager made me feel like ai was trying to *work* him with a tale, and my partnernandni were a little embarrassed by this. We parked in the overpriced pay lot nearby and noticed next day (5am departure) that there were quite a few unoccupied spaces. Not aure what the story is here, but... tack down details, if youre bringing a car (admittedly a silly thing to do in PTown).

Walkable, quiet, safe, and affordable stay right near the heart of everything in P-Town. Stayed here for three nights with my wife. The enclosed porch, upstairs back patio, and rooms are absolutely lovely and just the right size. It’s an easy walk to pretty much everything; anything in the eastern part of town is just a few minutes. Town center is less than a ten-minute walk, and the farthest points west are less than 20 minutes. If you have a car (not recommended in P-town if you can avoid it), then absolutely reserve a room with a spot; street parking is almost nonexistent. Staff is wonderful and available via text. We would absolutely stay here again!
