The Statler Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton

We had THE BEST experience at The Statler Hotel in Dallas. The staff were outstanding and we felt so happy that we picked this hotel for our time in Dallas. The hotel features all the modern amenities but is a historic hotel. It exudes charm and a low-key vibe. Robert, helped me at valet parking when I had to ask him to retrieve my make-up bag that I left in the backseat. He didn’t skip a beat and made sure I had what I needed. If you’re looking for a hotel in the Dallas area near the arts district , restaurants etc., choose The Statler. You won’t be disappointed!

Had an amazing chill weekend at the Statler for my wife's birthday. The bed was super comfortable, we melted into it. The bathroom is huge and had a wonderful rain shower head. The tub is also very cool, and one of the reasons we stayed at this hotel. It does have the drain in a weird place, in the middle of the tub, but wonderful for soak if you don't mind the drain placement. The very BEST thing about this hotel is the staff and their commitment to making sure guests have top tier experience. We needed a bottle opener and Michele at the front desk gave us her personal one. Skyler also gave amazing service and made sure we got our food delivery. I had the best Kentucky Mule of my life at the roof top bar, which has a great lounge area and pool. The view is good but the vibes are better.

Rooms ending in 32 or 33 are notably compact. These particular rooms were not included in the recent hotel renovations. A 28-inch suitcase may be challenging to fully open within these accommodations. However, these rooms do offer desirable corner views, featuring expansive windows that provide a panoramic perspective. All even-numbered rooms from 02-12 and 24-32 have an obstructed view. For guests prioritizing a scenic outlook, alternative room selections are recommended. The bedding consists of softer, "sink-in" style mattresses and exceptionally plush pillows, which may not appeal to all preferences. The speakeasy venue presented an issue with fruit flies; I personally addressed two, and a third was observed in active flight. Upon inquiry, a staff member acknowledged the persistent nat

Positive: "" Negative: The Tub wouldn’t hold water and we informed the staff at the front desk the first day and they said it would be fixed. The issue wasn’t fixed so I said something the next day and it never got resolved out two night stay.

The hotel got 3 strikes on my visit which is why it got 3 less stars. The visit was to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday (12/27/25) and though the night was still enjoyable, we will not be visiting again. 1 - A roach appeared on our bed 5 min after entering our room so I had to take care of that. 2 - The mini fridge didnt work so the $200 dinner we couldnt finish at kitchen & kocktails was lost. 3 - I paid for breakfast with my hotel reservation but had leave on an empty stomach. In the morning I like to check out the restaurant while my partner prefers to stay in the room. So usually I go down, get some coffee and get our food delivered to our room.
